Organizations requesting admission into the Six Nations Bingo Hall must meet and adhere to the following eligibility requirements:
1. All Sponsors requesting admission must complete in full the following.
a) Financial Statements (include financials for the whole organization’s operations including subsidiaries.)
b) Upcoming Year’s Budget
Expenses will be approved on what is considered beneficial for the community.
Home & Schools – Educational event fees, registration, bus rental and gym equipment
DayCares – Educational trips, bus rental, programming
Pals – Physical activities, safety awareness programming
Libraries – books and programming
Fire Department – Equipment
Hospitals – Equipment
Under no circumstances will the following be approved or considered as eligible expenses,
It is mandatory that each Organization sign the 2024 Sponsor Rules and Regulations Agreement. This will ensure that each Organization takes the responsibility to ensure every member has a copy and is well aware of the Sponsor Rules and Regulations. Failure to sign the agreement will result in loss of bingos.

The Six Nations Gaming Commission has approved a $200 blanket license for all organizations who wish to hold multiple draws through the year. They will still be required to notify the office of the draws taking place (team, start & end date and type of draw), report the winners and prizes awarded for each draw.
Sponsors found holding any unlicensed* lottery activity outside of the Bingo Hall will jeopardize their sponsorship and be subject to review of application.
*unlicensed means draws held not licensed by the Six Nations Gaming Commission.
Any sponsor found to be misappropriating funds will be suspended for the remainder of the year and will be required to return the funds to the Six Nations Gaming Commission to be redistributed. They will no longer be eligible for sponsorship.
Bingo funds earned in the year is to be spent on the items incurred during the fiscal year. The bingo funds are not meant to be a savings for future use.
The Six Nations Gaming Commission is separate from the Six Nations Bingo Hall. The Bingo Hall is licensed by the Six Nation Gaming Commission.
The Gaming Commission has the right to implement penalties for failure to abide by the above-mentioned rules and regulations as required.
I, the undersigned, confirm I have read the 2024 Sponsor Rules and Regulations and agree to the responsibility of ensuring that all members and workers of my organization will have a copy and follow the procedures as specified in the Rules and Regulations by the Six Nations Gaming Commission.
